To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

-Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Thin Air 3D LLC, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
-Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Thin Air 3D LLC Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
-Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Thin Air 3D LLC and use the services.
-Service: refers to the service provided by Thin Air 3D LLC as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

-You: a person or entity that is registered with Thin Air 3D to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Thin Air 3D.  I really appreciate your support. I also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Thin Air 3D. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Thin Air 3D, you agree to the terms set forth below along with this Policy.


If there’s something wrong with the item you bought due to no fault of your own (a mistake of ours, shipping damage, or incorrect item received), we are happy to replace or refund the purchase.

If you would like to return a product

  • The return request must be within 14 days of the date you received the package.
  • The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place (unless severely damaged)

We will not refund your purchase if:

  • The item is broken/damaged due to the customer’s fault
    • This includes dropping the item or using it outside of its intended use.
  • You change your mind on color/style after purchase has shipped.


Refunds will be issued AFTER the item is received by Thin Air 3D LLC. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.


Thin Air 3D LLC will pay shipping costs for returns on damaged or wrong item orders.  You may be required to cover shipping if the reason for the return/exchange is due to something out of Thin Air 3D LLC’s control.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
